Ben Thomas

Owner

Ben started his estate agency career in 2000, working for a large corporate estate agent in the West Midlands. Moving back to Swansea in 2011, Ben then worked for a well known large independent agent in the area. In 2013 he opened the doors to his own estate agency in Swansea, offering a personal and individual experience for clients looking to sell, buy, rent or let. Cheryl Davies

Estate & Letting Agent

Joined SA Property in 2016, from a customer service background, and fitted in straight away. Cheryl has become an integral part of SA Property, some people saying that she is the Boss. Gail Thomas

Accounts

Gail (Ben's wife) joined SA Property in 2017. Her job is too look after the rental payments, internal accounts and invoicing. Gail mainly works from home and part time but ensures that accounts and payments are completed. If you have any queries on payments or banking, then you can get in touch with Gail.
