  Downsizing is not easy at any age but as time creeps up on you, you find the stress and complications of selling and moving home difficult. Ben and his team helped to take some of the stress out of the process. No sale proceeds as quickly or smoothly as you hope it will. So I was pleased with the support and good advice I was given.
